To establish an account online you must:

  • Review and agree to the Online Account Application Agreement. This Agreement describes your legal rights and responsibilities as a Funds shareholder.
  • Read the applicable prospectus and disclosure agreement.
  • Complete the Online Account Application.
  • Pay for purchase of shares through your bank via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and agree to receive payment of any redemption proceeds for any account opened online to the bank account from which your purchase was drawn.
  • Have cookies enabled on your browser to complete the Online Account Application.
